This bi-lateral versatile shoe, which can be used as a cast shoe, is ideal for the following conditions:- ischaemic foot, diabetic ulcers, acute dermatitis, sesamoiditis, osteotomies, toe fractures, stress fractures, ankle sprains and rheumatoid arthritis. The extra long straps accommodate even the bulkiest dressings and can be switched between a left and right closure for a bi‑lateral appearance.
